Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement age-appropriate learning activities based on the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
- Foster positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues to create a supportive learning atmosphere.
- Monitor and assess children's development, maintaining accurate records and communicating progress to parents.
- Ensure a safe and clean environment, following all regulatory guidelines and standards.
- Contribute to the overall development and improvement of the childcare program.
- COMPLETED qualification in Bachelors of Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA approved equivalent).
- Current First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma Management Certificates.
- Working With Children Check (WWCC) clearance.
- Strong communication skills and a nurturing, patient demeanor.
- At least 2 years experience working as an ECT
