Educational Leader - 12 Months Contract

Nido Early School Grovedale is looking for the next inspirational mentor to join the leadership group within the service. Through strategies of role modelling, coaching and mentoring our amazing educators, you will collaboratively evolve their practice, documentation, inquiry, and critical reflection to impact the children’s learning positively.

Embark on a fulfilling journey with us in this maternity leave conversion role - 12 months contract. While this position initially serves as a valuable cover, it's essential to note that our company is on a growth trajectory with plans for new centres opening next year. This presents exciting prospects for internal advancement based on individual performance and dedication. ABOUT YOU:

• Have a coaching mindset

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor or Diploma in Early Education or working towards a Bachelor
• A valid Working with Children Check or willing to obtain
• Current First Aid, Anaphylaxis and Asthma Certificates willing to obtain
• Experience as an Educational Leader highly regarded
