AddressKool Kidz Rosanna has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and inspiring Non-contact/off the floorEducational Leader to lead a fantastic team in our centre located in Rosanna.
We offer full time, ongoing support from our Kool Kidz Central team and you will have the support of a non-contact Receptionist as well as a Service Manager.

Most importantly you will play a significant role in ensuring Kool Kidz Rosanna is providing a high-quality and inspiring education and care service for the children and families attending.
Key duties for this role will include:
- Working with all staff to ensure a safe and stimulating learning environment for children.
- Mentor, support, inspire and guide.
- Ensure effective and collaborative working relationships with and between staff
- Ensure effective and collaborative working relationships with and between families
- Be informative, approachable and role model best practices at all times
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and regulations and our policies and procedures
- Ensure service provision meets and exceeds the national quality framework and standards.
- Set continuous improvement plans and support the service to achieve these.
- Building strong, positive, professional and ongoing relationships with families and the local community
- Engage with families in a positive, and patient manner at all times.
Key Requirements:
- Comprehensive working knowledge of the Education & Care Services National Regulations and relevant Law
- The National Quality Framework and National Quality Standards
- Knowledge of Victorian Child Safe Standards
- Extensive experience in Early Childhood Education
- Demonstrated experience in leadership and team development
- Ability to work autonomously and maintain various responsibilities simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong computer literacy skills
- Proven ability to create positive relationships
- Approved Early Childhood qualifications (minimum Diploma)
- Current Working with Children Check or VIT registration
- Child Protection Training
- First Aid, Anaphylaxis, CPR and Asthma certification.
- Current driver’s license
