$31.37 an hour plus Educational Leader Allowance

One Tree Defence Unit - East Sale
The service is purpose built and has three rooms for up to 62 children, operating from 7.15am to 6pm Monday to Friday. The educators at this service work closely in partnership with families to offer the best care for children up to six years old.

What you’ll bring and do:
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education
- Current WWCC
- National Police Clearance
- You will have a bright personality and good energy.
- Promote a positive organisational culture and professional learning community.
- Mentor and coach colleagues to build their confidence, skills, and knowledge, whilst continuing to grow creativity and innovation to embed a culture of continuous quality improvement.
- Build a culture of professional inquiry with staff to develop professional knowledge and to critically reflect on their pedagogy and practice.
- Lead the pedagogy and practice of the educational program and assessment and planning cycle to drive and enhance educational outcomes for all children.
