What you’ll bring and do
- Diploma in Early childhood.
- Current working with Children card.
- 1+ years of experience.
- Knowledge of school readiness skills and child development ages 3-5 beneficial.
- Experience working with children with diverse needs and backgrounds.
- Be able to build positive relationships with peers, families, and children.
- You will have a strong understanding of the Children's Services Regulations, Early Years Learning Framework (VEYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).
- Strong Pedagogical practice shaped by advocacy for children.
