We are seeking skilled and passionate Kindy and OSHC educators to join our close-knit, established team, working regular shifts between 6:00 am - 6:00 pm.

 
Our ideal candidates will hold current Blue Card, First Aid, CPR and Asthma/Anaphylaxis. They will hold/being working towards a recognised Cert III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care and also:

• Be committed to building strong relationships which value children, families and colleagues 
• Have a passion and joy in their work with children and families
• Value time to be present and engaged with the children 
• Be experienced and skilled at supporting and guiding children’s behavior's 
• Take pride in creating and maintaining a stimulating and fun learning environment, making the most of our natural surroundings 
• Be a positive and engaging team member with effective communication skills
• Have knowledge of the NQS, the Early Years Learning Framework and the QLD Kindergarten Guidelines
