We are seeking a motivated individual with a ‘can do’ attitude and excellent customer service skills to take on the position of Receptionist/Administration Officer. Within this role, you will provide high levels of customer service and administrative support for the Psychology Wellness Centre. You will be responsible for a wide array of tasks including managing reception in a vibrant, fast-paced psychology practice and training centre for the Master of Clinical Psychology Course,

Position Requirements
- Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Proven planning and organisational skills with an ability to work effectively with minimal supervision.
- Knowledge or ability to quickly acquire knowledge of University policies and procedures.
- Experience using various software programs including word, Excel, database systems and email.
- Competent in the operation of computers and utilising large corporate information systems.
