Salon Educator (Parental Leave Backfill)

Combining Kao Salon's leading research and development and thorough understanding of stylists worldwide, we strive to innovate and push the industry expectations through our brands.
Who we are looking for;

  • Qualified Cert 3 Hairdressing with min 5 years of experience currently working in the trade
  • Passionate about all things hair but especially colour
  • An enthusiastic & driven individual
  • Works well within a team, as well as an individually
Your key focus areas will include;
  • Working with key salons to deliver "best in class" education
  • Partnering with the sales team on business development opportunities
  • Servicing regional territory
  • Execution of new product launches
  • Adding and contributing to a strong and thriving team culture
  • Working towards professional KPI's & business budgets
