Your Role:
As the EHS Advisor at our dynamic Tindal NT site, your mission is to lead workforce engagement, transforming health and safety practices into a deeply rooted culture within our organisation. In this impactful role, you’ll implement our comprehensive Safety, Health, and Wellbeing, Environment, and Sustainability Strategy, focusing on engaging every team member. Your approach will extend beyond compliance, aiming to inspire and instil a proactive safety mindset across all levels of our workforce. Responsibilities include identifying and mitigating workplace hazards, conducting extensive safety assessments, and leading protective measures. You’ll be crucial in educating and empowering our employees, fostering an environment where each individual advocates for safety. With your expertise, underpinned by a Certificate IV in Work, Health, and Safety, and significant experience, you’ll play a central role in upholding the highest standards of safety compliance and practice. Holding a defence clearance is essential for this vital position.
