E&I Coordinator (Perth)

GR Production Services is a division of GR Engineering Services (ASX: GNG).

Due to developing works with one of our premier clients, GRPS is currently looking for an experienced E&I Coordinator to join our growing WA team and to be based on our clients Perth CBD office working on a new contract.

Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Provide support to project teams and coordinate key project activities.
• Ensure all work is carried out in a safe and efficient manner, in compliance and accordance with health and safety procedures, maintenance manuals, specific working instructions, recommended safe working practices and control of work policy.
• Liaison with Maintenance Superintendent, lead discipline technicians, onshore support engineers and supply chain representatives.
• Utilise CMMS to coordinate work orders, requisitions and associated maintenance requirements.
• Support work preparation process, proactively manage materials availability at the work site.
• Develop work-packs, procedures, plans, and resource lists for site teams.
• Provide input to the project planning and scheduling process as required.
• Provide input to project budget.

Qualifications and Experience:

 Mandatory:

• Experienced (5yrs min) Oil and Gas sector.
• Electrical and Instrumentation qualifications
• Supervisory, maintenance coordination/planning role in oil and gas or mining.
• Able to read and interpret technical drawings and data.
• Good process, mechanical, instrument and electrical aptitude.
• Team player mentality.
• Flexible approach.
• Strong communications skills
• Excellent HSE standards.
