GR Production Services is a division of GR Engineering Services (ASX: GNG).
Due to developing works with one of our premier clients, GRPS is currently looking for an experienced E&I Coordinator to join our growing WA team and to be based on our clients Perth CBD office working on a new contract.
Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Provide support to project teams and coordinate key project activities.
- Ensure all work is carried out in a safe and efficient manner, in compliance and accordance with health and safety procedures, maintenance manuals, specific working instructions, recommended safe working practices and control of work policy.
- Liaison with Maintenance Superintendent, lead discipline technicians, onshore support engineers and supply chain representatives.
- Utilise CMMS to coordinate work orders, requisitions and associated maintenance requirements.
- Support work preparation process, proactively manage materials availability at the work site.
- Develop work-packs, procedures, plans, and resource lists for site teams.
- Provide input to the project planning and scheduling process as required.
- Provide input to project budget.
Qualifications and Experience:
Mandatory:
- Experienced (5yrs min) Oil and Gas sector.
- Electrical and Instrumentation qualifications
- Supervisory, maintenance coordination/planning role in oil and gas or mining.
- Able to read and interpret technical drawings and data.
- Good process, mechanical, instrument and electrical aptitude.
- Team player mentality.
- Flexible approach.
- Strong communications skills
- Excellent HSE standards.
