- EL1 Assistant Director
On behalf of a large Federal Government Agency, we are looking for a leader to join the Service Design and Improvement team, working in Hypercare support following the national roll out of new and improved IT systems.
Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:- Managing the day to day issues and requirements of the team.
- Interpreting complex data and developing reports and documentation detailing complex issues
- Setting up Multi-Disciplinary Teams (MDTs) and lead complex collaboration meetings involving large groups of stakeholders, keeping stakeholders informed and drawing them towards solutions.
- Undertaking performance assessments and supporting the leadership team with performance management of their teams.
- Supporting the development of team culture, improving processes and developing ways of working.
- Developing Jira queries, or others via MS Tools, to support issues investigation.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:
- Deep understanding of Project Management and ability to use differing project tools.
- Evidenced ability to lead projects and multi-disciplinary teams.
- Ability to influence stakeholders, drive decision making, and manage conflicting or challenging situations.
- Experience in the use of Jira and Confluence.
- Strong leadership, strategic organization, influence, and negotiation skills.
- Detailed understanding of SAP and Salesforce CRM platforms (Desirable).
This is a 12-month assignment with view to extension. Some WFH will be offered following training. Day rate of $602.55 + super applies.
