Description
Primary Responsibilities
- Spearhead the design, installation, and maintenance of automation and control systems, elevating operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with engineering and site teams to seamlessly integrate automation solutions into both new and existing projects.
- Develop electrical schematics, circuit designs, and control systems specifically tailored to agricultural needs.
- Ensure all electrical components and systems follow industry standards and safety regulations. Develop and maintain a comprehensive electrical safety management system, including regular statutory testing and compliance checks.
- Develop and integrate control systems using limit switches, level switches, and other automation components.
- Integrate electrical systems with automation technologies, including HMI, SCADA, and PLC systems, to enhance agricultural operations.
- Excellent leadership, project management, and communication skills
- A-Grade Electrical license
- Extensive experience in electrical engineering for automation, preferably in fast moving industries
- Practical knowledge of variable speed drives, timing systems, and control logic
- Proficient in electrical design software and tools, with a solid understanding of HMI, SCADA, and PLC systems
- Strong background in the practical application of electrical engineering principles
