With demonstrated experience in managing multiple medium-large commercial projects, you will have responsibility for staff (including project managers, site managers, site foreman, electricians and support staff). You will be experienced in managing and exceeding client expectations and have strong commercial awareness relating to multi-million dollar construction projects and strong people management skills.
You will confidently lead project teams from conception through to completion. You will be reporting to the General Manager, and you will be fully supported and provided with the necessary internal resources to complete projects successfully. Previous experience managing multiple medium-large scale commercial projects within retail, commercial fitout, health, education, aged care and public infrastructure would be well regarded.
The salary clearly reflects your experience and expertise and will not disappoint – nor will the career development opportunities. Tertiary qualifications in electrical engineering or business would be well regarded although not essential, electrical trade qualifications are a minimum for this position as is the ability to step into a challenging and diverse construction management role.
