Due to organic growth, they are seeking an Engineering Manager to lead a successful team at our Brisbane office.
You will report to senior leaders in the organisation. As the Engineering Team Manager, you will lead and manage a team of engineers, overseeing design, development, and project work. Your role will involve collaborating with clients, internal stakeholders, and project teams to deliver high-quality engineering solutions that meet performance, safety, and regulatory standards. You will provide leadership, mentorship, and technical guidance to your team, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. Additionally, you will contribute to business development efforts, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion within the industry.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. Chartered or RPEQ preferable.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Electrical Engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
- Strong technical expertise in electrical design, development, and testing.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
- Ability to think strategically, solve complex problems, and drive results.
