About the Role
WorkPac are currently seeking an experienced Electrical Project Advisor to join our client Rio Tinto for a 12-month, ongoing duration working an 8;6 FIFO day shift roster to Brockman 2. The successful candidate will provide site support and updates to project leads to ensure project safety, schedule and quality are met.
Duties and Responsibilities
Uphold RTIO Values-Care, Courage, Curiosity
Provide site support and updates to Project Leads to ensure Project safety, schedule and quality are met
Coach and mentor, our contracting partners in RTIO systems and processes
Organise site project works and liaise with area owners and stakeholders
Ensure compliance with the RTIO Contractor Management System (CMS)
Conduct regular reviews of project documentation
Ensure all incidents are investigated and that all actions are implemented accordingly
Undertake quality Leadership in the Field interactions
Assess and report on project deliverables
Collaborate with Project Leads through all phases of the project lifecycle
Skills and Experience
Worked within a multi-disciplinary and diverse team
Have experience in the expectations of what is required for Project delivery
Have a sound understanding of Health, Safety and/or Environment
Understand what is meant by Quality assurance and how to achieve it
Demonstrate an understanding of Project management with experience in delivery Demonstrate a level of competency Microsoft office skills
Demonstrate a reasonable understanding of P6 and Microsoft project schedules
