Key Accountabilities include:
- Implement and work to the safety and quality management systems procedures and work instructions.
- Ensure Head Contract notifications are issued in accordance with the contract.
- Identify variations and submit notifications and cost and schedule impacts in accordance with the contract.
- Ensure the project schedule is updated correctly.
- Monitor progress against the baseline schedule and implement corrective actions where necessary to mitigate slippage.
- Ensure appropriate manning is mobilised in each function to meet the schedule.
- Monitor cost budgets and update monthly CVR.
- Review and issue plant and material requisitions.
- Ensure subcontracts are executed and subcontract personnel mobilised as per the schedule.
- Compile progress claims and arrange invoices.
- Review subcontractor progress claims and variations.
- Control and coordination of execution of the project within limits of authority.
