Your Personal Attributes:
You are a Courteous and polite service manager/scheduler with the willingness to learn new software and techniques in the electrical and air conditioning industry. Although you work well in a team environment you can also work autonomously and take initiative to complete the talk at hand. You take pride in your organisation skills not only for yourself but for the team around you. You communicate with customers and your fellow employees with direction and certainty for the task ahead. You are presentable and confident with a great attitude and strong communication skills.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Electrical Knowledge in the Electrical Trade or Electrical wholesale area
- Experience in scheduling a medium sized team
- Experience with onsite job times and or part numbers
- Good Phone Etiquette
- Good organisation skills to complete daily tasks at hand
- A good knowledge of workplace health and safety
- Experience with the use of general Software, Including Word, Excel, Outlook
- Experience with Simpro (would be highly considered)
Experience in a similar role would be highly considered with the relevant training provided for the right applicants that are willing to apply and better their skills.

- Answering of phones and liaising with customers
- Creation of jobs and quotes
- Liaising with clients via email
- Liaising with the out of office team/tradesman
- Scheduling of Quotes/Jobs for projects and Service
- Organisation of materials for relevant service jobs
- Over the phone quotations
- Leasing with the other office and storeroom staff
Salary offered with a set 5 days a week agenda, hours discussed at interview.
