About the role
- Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the Electrical Maintenance division in Queensland.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to optimise operational efficiency and meet business objectives.
- Drive business development initiatives with a primary focus on expanding the client base and identifying growth opportunities.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Lead and mentor the operations team, providing guidance and support to achieve performance goals.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and technological advancements in Electrical Maintenance to enhance service offerings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of services and effective communication across departments.
- Develop and manage budgets, ensuring cost-effective operations while maximizing revenue generation.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols, regulatory compliance, and quality standards.

Person specifications
- Electrical Licence QLD.
- Drivers Licence.
- Proven experience in a leadership role within Electrical Maintenance operations.
- Demonstrated success in business development and client relationship management.
- Strong understanding of industry regulations, standards, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
- Results-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
