The Project and Team
Reporting to the Project Manager on your site, you will be responsible for overseeing various electrical contracting works on Brisbane based projects between up to $15m electrical package. Your key responsibilities will include:
Oversee management of the site teams with the foreman reporting to you
Manage project finances, variations and workforce requirements in line with guidelines
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to build and maintain trust
Carry out regular site inspections
Responsible for the management of apprentices on site
Skills and Experience
Your experience in a similar position will set you up to succeed in this role. You will also benefit from:
Commercial experience in a Project Management space
A strong understanding of workplace health and safety, variations and scheduling
Experience with tier 1 builders preferable
