We currently have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and experienced Electrical Supervisor to join our growing WA Client Services Group team on a full-time basis, to supervise our iconic Acacia Prison project. Reporting to the Project Manager, you will be responsible for providing electrical support across our multiple projects.

Key responsibilities include:
- Take ownership of projects and strive to deliver an excellent end product
- Prepare work tasks for tradesmen and apprentices onsite
- Pre-plan works programs in advance and ahead of time to ensure materials are available/controlled
- Conduct electrical construction and fit out works within a prison environment
- Maintain a high level of commitment to safety during all work tasks
- Prepare detailed and accurate notes on all completed jobs
- Mentor and train junior tradesmen and apprentices
- Ability to present well to the client
- Conduct weekly client meetings to ensure project success
- Control and report on production targets through complete site diaries
- Identify safety risks and implement solutions based on experience
- Identify and provide client reporting on workflow stoppages, productivity concerns and delays
- Research and provide onsite and site-specific technician solutions to new products to delivery high value outcomes for both the client and project needs
To be successful in this role, you will have the following skills and experience:
- 2 plus years’ experience as an Electrical Supervisor within the construction industry is preferred
- Must have a valid Western Australia electrical, data open cabling, and driver’s licence
- Sound working knowledge of AS/NZS 3000:2018
- Excellent communications skills both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- High attention to detail and organisation skills
- Ability to solve problems
- Ability to read and interoperate electrical drawing packages
- Basic Microsoft office skills and Bluebeam
