Due to expansion, we are seeking to engage experienced ELICOS Teachers at our Sydney CBD Campus.
The Role
We are seeking passionate and dedicated Teachers to join the team, whose role will be critical in bringing to life one of the Company’s objectives of delivering an impeccable learning experience to its students by providing the highest level of customer service and support.

You will be highly organised and proactive individual who can communicate professionally and respectfully to students from a diverse background.
The Role
Duties include:
- Testing new students and placing them into appropriate classes.
- Delivering high-quality ELICOS lessons.
- Being involved in the student’s mandatory orientation sessions.
- Teaching EAP and other ELICOS programs from our campuses.
- Marking and administrative tasks associated with the teaching role.
- Ensuring all policies and procedures are adhered to, especially the attendance and course progress policy.
- Maintaining all ELICOS, ESOS, and National Code Standards and requirements.
- Working with the recruitment team on marketing initiatives.
- Undertake Professional Development and keep updated with the ELICOS and TESOL sectors.
- Working as part of a team and establishing a fun and positive environment for our students.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience
- Degree or equivalent plus recognised TESOL qualification. A Grad Dip TESOL or Masters in TESOL is preferred.
- At least 2 years of teaching ELICOS and 1 year of EAP 1 and/or EAP 2 (English for Academic Purposes) Courses.
- TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment preferred.
- Thoroughly understand ELICOS Standards 2018 and the National Code 2018.
- Demonstrated ability to use initiative.
- Ability to work in a team and autonomously when required.
- Working with Children Check (WWCC).
- National Police Check no more than 12 months old.
- Positive attitude and a passion for assisting international students to succeed in their programs.
