About the Role:As an Employer Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in supporting customers find and maintain long term employment within the Dubbo area. The Employer Specialist supports the achievement of high performance within the team and plays an integral role in local community and employer engagement. 

With collaboration, relationship management, performance support and customer service at the forefront of this role, you will manage internal and external stakeholders to effectively match internal customers with employers to meet long term employment outcomes. 

This is a full-time position (38hrs per week, Monday - Friday) based at our
Dubbo office and will involve regular day travel, where access to a company vehicle will be provided. 

About You:  

To be successful in this role, you will be a passionate, customer-oriented individual with:

• Excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to multitask. 
• Well-developed interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop and maintain business relationships. 
• A demonstrated ability to engage and work effectively with people from diverse backgrounds. 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and effectively and adapt your communication style as needed. 
• Ability to adapt to changing circumstances, industry trends and stakeholder needs.
• Previous experience in employment services, recruitment, or related fields (desired)
• Relevant qualifications in Sales, Marketing, Employment Services and/or Community Services (desired)
• Current Class C Driver's Licence
• Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
• Police Check
