We are currently looking for an experienced Employment Hero / KepPay Implementation Consultant to join our Dulili team that will be based in Perth,WA.

We are currently looking for an experienced Employment Hero / KepPay Implementation Consultant with an experience of minimum 3 years in similar role.
Key Responsibilities:
The role varies where every day is different. You will have the opportunity to work with a wide range of individuals and companies from a range of industries.
The day-to-day activities will cover:
• Learn and maintain knowledge of the Employment Hero / KeyPay area of speciality
• Learn and maintain knowledge of HR softwares.
• Assist in building the team by sharing knowledge and expertise internally
• Provide advice and support for Employment Hero / KeyPay system implementation projects
• Assist in building the team by sharing knowledge and expertise internally
• Ensuring projects and implementations are delivered to successfully meet the business needs both remotely over MS Teams and in person
• Gather and document a clients business requirements mapping them to Employment Hero functionality
• Conduct Training sessions to new and experienced users
• Participate in project meetings
Key Skills:
• Knowledge and experience in Employment Hero or Kaypay processes or systems.
• Previous experience with Payroll/HCM/EFM softwares and Implementation (like Ascender, ADP, Aurion, Ceridian Dayforce, Chris21, Definitiv, Kronos, PageUp, PayGlobal, SAP, Sage Meridian, Workday or similar) is highly desirable
• Understanding of Time and Attendance, HR and Payroll
• Knowledge of Payroll Legislative requirements and Regulations of Australia
• Adept in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• A flexible, adaptable, and creative approach with the ability to remain calm under pressure
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (both remotely over MS Teams and in person)
• Proficient organisational and time management.
• Problem solving and analytical skills
• Carry out tasks autonomously with high attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time
• Are passionate about IT and growing your career
• Ability to travel to client sites (local and interstate)
