What your role will include…
- Be a specialist of the products provided to provide clients with all the information required.
- Work closely with the client to gather their current data and migrate it into internal systems.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders
- Customisation of products to meet client requirements
- Working closely with clients to provide training on products
- Help clients through the user testing phase
- Act as a consultant and help clients achieve maximum benefit and value of products
What you will bring to the role…
- Your previous experience building and maintaining relationships
- Your ability to perform in a fast-paced work environment
- Your passion for technology and expanding your technical knowledge
- Your excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to present training on products
- Your unique problem solving and creative thinking ability
- Previous experience within Occupational Safety and Health would be desirable
- Familiarity with SQL Server would also be desirable
