What will your typical day look like?
No two days are quite the same in our IT Service Centre. Your key duties will include:
- Management of software including Windows, iOS & Office365
- IT on-boarding of new starters, including physical distribution of assets
- Diligently adhering to our ISO27001 compliance processes
- Utilise remote access tools to carry out service restoration activities
- Supporting all practitioners, including Executive and VIP
You will be part of an inclusive wider team based in-office, that provides high quality, hands-on IT support to Deloitte Australia internal practitioners. It includes the hardware and software support of notebooks, unified communication devices, mobile devices and wireless network technologies.
Enough about us, let's talk about you.
You have a passion for technology and love helping others with their IT issues, and have:
- A degree in Information Technology, or Business and IT (preferable)
- Experience of Microsoft product suite including Windows 10 and Office 365
- Knowledge of ITSM Platform e.g. ServiceNow & ITIL
- An understanding of Apple MacBook and Mobile Devices
- Demonstrated customer focus - adaptable and flexible
- Ability to proactively problem solve and a desire to grow
- Completing your studies in 2024 or already graduated
