We are currently recruiting for an experienced End User Computing Engineer for our well-known client.
Your new role
In this role you will be reporting to the Project Manager and will be supporting a green field project. Your responsibilities will include designing and deployment of solutions, primarily be focused around Microsoft 365 tenant and End User Compute capabilities. Complimentary skills and experience in additional disciplines will be highly regarded.
Design, implement, and maintain Microsoft 365 cloud services with a focus on automation.
Implement device management strategies utilising Microsoft Intune.
Develop in-depth technical documentation for implemented solutions and configuration.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate M365 solutions to meet existing requirements.
Provide technical expertise and support for Microsoft 365 applications, including Exchange Online, Teams, Sharepoint and OneDrive.
Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging technologies to continuously improve cloud services architecture.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to M365 cloud services and device management.
Monitor M365 services to ensure stability and reliability of the service.
Provide information and insight on cloud security best practices and compliance standards to future-proof technical designs.
What you'll need to succeed
Bachelor of Technology, Information Technology or demonstrated capability through past employment experience and/or relevant qualifications
Vendor certifications related to M365 and Modern Device Management.
Have a great attitude with a willingness to understand users' needs.
Be able to effectively work remotely.
