About the role
An opportunity exists for an Endorsed Enrolled Nurse to join our innovative and committed team at Coleraine.
You will work as part of the health care team to advocate for and facilitate the involvement of individuals, their families and significant others in planning and evaluating care and progress toward health outcomes.
The successful candidate will work in collaboration with all members of the health care team and to undertake activities for which they are competent and willing to accept the accountability within their scope of practice.
Please note you must have the right to work in Australia and be able to provide evidence of this.
You will bring:
- AHPRA registration
- Ideally experience and knowledge in Aged Care
- Ideally Understanding of the ACFI documentation & Aged Care Standards
- Recent nursing experience in a clinical setting
