About the role
 
The Endpoint Support Analyst is responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting services to end-users within the organisation. This role involves resolving hardware and software issues, deploying, and maintaining endpoint devices, and ensuring a seamless and secure computing environment.
 
About You
  • Minimum 2 years’ Experience in a System Administrator Role 
  • Experience providing desktop support for a Windows 10/11 Enterprise environment.  
  • Experience in installation and configuration of new hardware, software, and network systems. 
  • Experience supporting & administering mobile devices. 
  • Experience supporting & administering Microsoft 365 E3/5 (AAD, Intune, Exchange Online, SharePoint). 
  • Demonstrated experience in the administration of Windows Sever 2016-2022, Active Directory, GPO, Exchange Hybrid, Citrix & Hyper-V

$73,200+ 11% superannuation
