We are a petite boutique cafe serving golden grilled cheese sandwiches and coffee in a cosy lane in Toorak.
Newly opened, we are seeking a Superstar barista/all-rounder to join us!
Enjoy the slower pace of hospitality, working closely with just one/two staff each shift with a small team of 3.
4 day work week (Including one day of the weekend) and half day WFH (admin/rostering).
An ordinary week may look like Mon (1/2 Day WFH), Wed, Thurs, Fri, Sat (6.45am to 3.15pm)
Ideal Candidate:
• Chatty, personable and outgoing
Able to speak fluent English
• Proven experience as a Barista (2-3years) in a coffee shop
• Confident in latte art, dial in grinder
• Ability to remember regular customer's name and coffee orders
• Rostering
• Food Stock/Drinks/Packaging Order
• Ability to lead a team with respect and compassion
• Weekly Reporting
• Menu creation for toasted sandwiches
• Hit COGS and Labour cost benchmarks
