More About Your Role
We have a flexible full time position available based out of our Bibra Lake premises.
In your role, you will be responsible for:
- Managing incoming enquiries
- Transferring calls to the relevant person
- Recording of quote requests & assisting to assign them.
- Assisting with basic requests
- Handling of repairs and maintenance contracts through to completion
- Customer liaison & minor scheduling
- Proven prioritiser, capable of managing daily, weekly and monthly tasks
- Management of smaller service contracts
- Ordering of stock products and consumables
- Basic preparation of paperwork for installation teams
- Liaising with subcontractors
- Assist with Social Media management & posting (Linked In)
- Weekly and monthly reporting
- Assist the General Manager with ad hoc tasks
- General office duties
The successful applicant must:
- Have exceptional interpersonal skills - both written and verbal.
- Have strong literacy and numeracy skills.
- Manage their time effectively.
- Be proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
