About the role
The Enforcement Services Coordinator will play a major role in coordinating projects within the Voting and Enforcement Services team for the Local Government and State Elections. In this role, the Enforcement Services Coordinator will be responsible for providing clear direction and support to team members, ensuring that projects are delivered as per legislative requirements.
What you will be doing
Reporting to the Manager, Enforcement Services, this role will be responsible for:
- Planning, coordinating and implementing Compulsory Voting enforcement activities.
- Employing, training and managing large teams.
- Collaborating with Fines Victoria on registration, investigations and various matters.
- Guiding staff to assist clients/electors on complex legislative interpretation.
What you will bring to the role
- Demonstrated ability to work under minimal direction, with exceptional planning skills to meet targets and deadlines.
- Demonstrated ability to plan, manage and implement large scale election projects and work within budgets assigned to the projects.
- Demonstrated experience in leading and supporting a team to deliver high quality services.
