We have an exciting opportunity in our Engagement Team, Demand Delivery for an Engagement Manager.
The Engagement Team, Demand Delivery is of strategic importance to the delivery of services by eHealth NSW in that it enables an efficient process for the investigation, costing and development of Statement of Works (SoW) for technical demands and contributes to a positive customer experience across internal and external eHealth NSW partners.
The team works collaboratively with our Customer Account Managers who are the interface with eHealth NSW partners, to raise demands, which are of a technical nature or require professional services to deliver technical projects. We are flexible in the way we work, the majority performed remotely with regular interactions over MS Teams and face-to-face in Chatswood.
The role is responsible for investigating provide advice and undertaking engagement activities to provide a project proposal that meets the client's requirements. A key part of the role is to manage issues that come up through the course of the demand development phase and working with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that customer relationships are managed effectively.
What you will do
As an integral member of the Engagement Team, Demand Delivery you will:
Lead the development of proposals, business cases or appropriate responses to the customer requirements.
Engage with the customer to understand requirements and liaise with project and technical teams in relation to services that can be offered to meet the customer requirements.
Manage the end-to-end proposal and engagement process to ensure clear and quality project deliverables.
Engage with the relevant teams to identify how eHealth solutions can support the business requirements of the customer, advising and communicating to the stakeholders.
Develop Organisational Change Management plans in order to interact and communicate to develop demand requirements to assist in end to end development and delivery of proposal.
About you
We are seeking motivated and committed individuals who have:
Demonstrated stakeholder management experience in the translation of business objectives into technology solutions, analysing and interpreting complex information from numerous sources.
Experience in the development of business cases, viability papers and proposals, in medium to large organisations, dealing with challenges creatively and achieving business focussed solutions.
Highly developed interpersonal, problem solving and negotiation skills including experience collaborating, with key stakeholders to influence and achieve optimal business outcomes with a proven capacity to prioritise and multitask.
