Reporting to the Head of Manufacturing, you will lead the site engineering standards and processes, including all maintenance and regulatory compliance and practices. Key Responsibilities Support operational departments to achieve business objectives by managing the following key areas: Utilities Supply to Site, Electrical and Automation Custodianship for Site, Engineering and WIP Inventory Management, Facilities Management including all imbedded contractors, and Capital Portfolio Custodianship Review process, plant and equipment change proposals. This ensures that all changes to processes and equipment are safe, efficient, and compliant with all relevant regulations. Accountable for developing the core engineering skills on site in line with the skills acquisition program using training and development plans to coach and mentor employees, as well as conducting performance reviews.…
