About the role
Our Digital team is continuously growing and we're looking for an Engineering Manager to join us on a permanent role. As an Engineering Manager, you play an important role as a technology leader across multiple engineering squads. You provide leadership, coaching, support and act as an enabler to your squads to balance technology, delivery and outcomes in alignment with the wider group's objectives. You will not only deliver and execute the product roadmap, you will also run and maintain what has been built once delivered to production.

You have
- Minimum 5 years' experience leading multiple highly skilled technology teams and delivering large programs of work
- Minimum 10 years' experience in product development teams
- Deep experience building high performance teams, while coaching them to success using agile methodologies and continuous improvement initiatives
- Experience working in complex system architectures, operations and support structures
- Experience delivering outcomes as part of a cross-functional group, using onshore/offshore delivery model and with 3rd party vendors and integrators
