Position: Engineering Manager (Sydney-based)
Location: Sydney, Australia
Salary: $200,000 - $220,000 base salary + superannuation
Interview Process: 3 stages

• Build and lead teams of high-performing Engineers
• Navigate complex technical challenges with confidence
• Drive growth and scalability initiatives

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience as an Engineering Manager
• Proven track record of scaling and growing teams rapidly
• Strong understanding of formal procedures and processes, with the ability to performance manage teams
• Technical proficiency in Golang/ AWS/GCP
• Experience in both enterprise and start-up environments is advantageous
