- Demonstrated knowledge, skills and experience in effectively leading and managing a team of maintenance trade staff with ability to actively engage staff and influence a culture of best practice asset maintenance management.
- Demonstrated commitment to, and proven skills in, effectively managing contractor performance and compliance in daily operations onsite.
