We are looking for Enrolled Nurses who are flexible in their thinking and courageous in their actions. A person with compassion and empathy, who understands that attitudes are contagious.
As an Enrolled Nurse (EN), you will utilise clinical skills to provide evidence-based person centred care under the direct and/or indirect supervision of a Registered Nurse. The EN consolidates knowledge and skills moving from beginner to experienced, applying their depth of knowledge and competence to effectively develop, provide and evaluate patient care, with regular communication and/or assistance from the Registered Nurse.
