The Opportunity
As an Enrolled Nurse with My Home Hospital, you will be responsible for conducting point-of-care testing and providing general care in a variety of settings. You will also play a crucial role in supporting the operational functions of My Home Hospital, including the pick-up and drop-off of our observation's kits, as well as assisting in other operations as needed.
We are looking for experienced EN's to work Monday to Saturday 8am to 2:30pm. We are offering a fixed term contract till end of September 2025. Successful applicants will be offered a part time position with the security of 2-3 shifts a week and the ability to pick up more to cover leave etc.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conducting point-of-care testing in various locations
• Providing general care to patients as required
• Handling the pick-up and drop-off of observation kit
• Collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure accurate and timely testing
• Documenting patient information accurately and maintaining clear records
• Adhering to all protocols and guidelines for patient safety and confidentiality
Essential Requirements:
• Enrolled Nurse with a minimum of 3 years' experience
• Current driver's license
• Clearances required for healthcare service delivery
• Proficiency in point-of-care testing procedures
• Excellent communication skills and a compassionate approach
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
