We are seeking a compassionate Enrolled Nurseto join our team at Hocart Lodge Home Care in Harvey, on a part-timebasis.
Reporting to the Executive Manager, you will be responsible for delivering essential nursing care to clients within the comfort of their own homes; contributing significantly to their wellbeing and quality of life. You will have demonstrated experience in providing relationship-centred care that ensures the dignity and respect of all Home Care clients.
You will possess highly developed communication, assessment, and problem-solving skills, and a demonstrated ability to work effectively in an inter-disciplinary team and make meaningful connections with our clients and their families.
Now, before our staff and residents at Hocart Lodge Home Care get to experience your brilliance, we need to ensure you hold:
- AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- WA Driver's license and personal vehicle
- evidence of Influenza vaccination; and
- full working rights in Australia.
