About the Role:
As a pivotal member of the project team, the Change Manager will play a crucial role in spearheading the development and execution of change management strategies. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the successful implementation of new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems. By maximizing employee adoption and usage of changes associated with the project, you will help drive alignment with overarching business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute change management strategies to support ERP system implementation.
- Facilitate employee adoption and usage of changes introduced by the project.
- Ensure alignment of change management activities with business goals.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand project requirements.
- Monitor and assess the effectiveness of change management efforts.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Relevant qualifications in Change Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Proven experience in change management roles, particularly in ERP system implementations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
