What you'll be doingUnder the guidance of a Registered Nurse, provide safe, compassionate, holistic care in collaboration with individual/s and multidisciplinary health care providing an environment that fosters hope and recovery within the Far West Recovery Centre and mental health Inpatient units to provide continuity for step-up and step-down functions for people with a lived experience of mental illness.What is on offer

- Current Endorsed Enrolled Nurse registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- Demonstrated application of professional and ethical boundaries to the delivery of patient care in the context of a multi-disciplinary team.
- Demonstrated application of evidence based holistic practice and critical thinking to advocate for and implement individualised person recovery goals.
- Demonstrated capacity to identify and resolve conflict situations by managing own emotional responses and interacting with others in a personable and professional manner.
- Demonstrated commitment to work and partner with Aboriginal and Torres Strait, Islander patients and families and employees to enhance health outcomes for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander clients.
- Evidence of participation in own professional development and commitment to maintaining competence and enhancement of skills, and willingness to apply and share professional expertise with colleagues.
- Demonstrated understanding of evidence-based best practice and its contribution to changing practice and policies within the organisation.
- Demonstrated effective interpersonal skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills within a multidisciplinary team.
