• Support the Office and Quarters functions and oversee a team of 5 full-time employees.
• Nurturing the culture and people on site
• Responsible for the smooth execution of all visitor's stays at Goonoo aggregation, an integral part of AACo.
• Create impact through first contact with visitors and ongoing support for Employees, thriving in problem-solving within changing environments.
• Opportunity for growth through additional accountabilities, project management, and daily leadership of the team
• Hands-on application of skills, including general office administration, invoicing & payroll, scheduling, and supporting employee well-being.

Desired Skills and ExperienceRequired Skills & Experience:

• Previous experience creating work schedules and leading a small team.
• Current driver's license.
• Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
• High level of computer knowledge & business experience
• Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills
• Willingness to undertake hands-on duties.
• Understanding of dietary nutrition and food hygiene (desirable)
