AddressReporting directly to the Manager - Strategic Projects at Sydney FC, you will work to deliver sessions and develop the existing coach network who deliver the programs key to the Fan Engagement Strategy. This includes, but is not limited to procuring, recruiting, and developing a network of new coaches - maximising their individual potential to deliver quality football programs. You will be responsible for overseeing program delivery quality to uphold and improve brand reputation, customer experience and program objectives.
The candidate should have experience planning and delivering quality football programs, can juggle a range of initiatives at the same time, and the capacity to build strong relationships with coaches of the program, external stakeholders required to resource coaches, and to drive continual improvement in the quality and calibre of coaches recruited to deliver programs.
To be considered for this role you will have experience working in a football specific environment, have completed, and obtained suitable AFC/FA/FNSW coaching accreditations, demonstrated experience in a coaching role within the school space.
The ideal candidate is flexible in working hours, dates and locations, and fast adapting in a high-paced environment.
This role is a maternity cover for 12 months with the possibilty of extension beyond the contract.
