The Opportunity:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Enrolments Experience Officer to join our team, with a comprehensive understanding of an Enrolments Officer position.

Key responsibilities include (but will not be limited to):
- Enrolments management - end to end enrolment and admissions processing and coordination including customer service, accurate data entry, arranging interviews/appointments
- Accurate compliance and reporting of enrolment data and maintaining statistics and records appropriately
- Contribute to the Marketing and College development by promoting and planning College events and projects including open days and information sessions for existing and new students and families, college tours as required
- Organisational enrolments administration such as updating content for the College website and other marketing and promotional material, organising enrolment packs and student/parent information packs
Qualification and Essential Criteria required:
- QLD Blue Card Registration
- Experience in The Alpha School System (TASS) is preferable.
- Well-developed computer skills in the area of computerised spreadsheets and other associated computer software.
- Demonstrated experience in a student enrolment role or similar. It is desirable for school or education sector experience.
- Ability to work under pressure and/ or timeframes; plan and organise workload, and capable of exercising a high degree of database confidentiality.
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast pace high volume environment and ability to take ownership and work autonomously on our administration function.
- Demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills including the ability to work with all members of the school community both individually and as a member of a team.
