Enrolments Officer - Part-Time

Your Role

We are looking for an Enrolments Officer - Part-Time to join the head office team based at our Brisbane campus in the heart of the Brisbane CBD.  This role will provide backup to Enrolments Officer and the Senior Finance Officer.  he role is Monday to Friday, 5 hours per day with flexibility regarding start/finish times.  25 hours per week would be ideal to work around school pick up/drop off. 

Your day will be varied and may include by not limited to – 

• Enrolling students into specified courses using the Intrinsiq database and PRISMS
• Processing enrolments and communicating with specific Education agents in a timely manner
• Maintaining student enrolment database and producing regular reports
• Receipt and allocate the payments from students, agents, government bodies and third parties accurately in Intrinsiq and Xero.
• Produce accurate weekly debtors from Intrinsiq and liaise with Student Services and Marketing departments to follow up on outstanding invoices. 
• Assist the Finance Officer with any other tasks as required. 

Skills and Experience

• The successful applicant must have at least two years in administration /operational roles
• Have an organised approach to tasks, attention to detail, possess a strong work ethic, be prepared to multitask and have a high level of interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills.
• A strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite is essential.
• Experience in Intrinsiq, Prisms, Xero would be beneficial or a willingness to learn
• A qualification/certification in business administration, accounting, bookkeeping or related topic; or a combination of relevant work experience and education/training covering business procedures, corporate systems and database knowledge.
