ING Australia is looking for an experienced “Enterprise Architect – Corporate” to join Enterprise Architecture team for this newly created position based in Sydney. It is a senior position working closely with the Enterprise Architecture Lead and other senior stakeholders to develop, communicate and maintain the corporate technology strategy.
You’ll be responsible for the strategic architecture and roadmaps across Finance, HR, Procurement and Risk and Legal domains. You’ll working closely with the leadership team in these CoE’s including information, application, infrastructure, and security, for its ongoing development and enhancement with a specific focus on medium term.
Fantastic opportunity with a global exposure, as the role engages closely with the global and group EA community and practice and actively provides input into EA discussions, setting standards and frameworks and aligning this back onto the Australian landscape.
What you’ll do
- Work with Technology and Corporate CoE leadership teams, you will be responsible for the development and ongoing maintenance of the Corporate CoE architecture roadmaps to support the business unit's strategic plans.
- Communicate the technology strategy and architecture roadmap with key senior stakeholders.
- Govern architecture alignment while facilitating the execution of the Technology Strategy & Architecture Roadmaps change programs and BAU activities.
- Support the Corporate CoE with tools & software selection and automation of their processes and controls.
- Ensure alignment between strategic Enterprise Architecture and domain architecture.
- Lead and contribute to architecture discovery sessions with business & IT stakeholders to establish the requirements that will help define the strategic Enterprise Architecture.
- Work closely with Group ING Architecture functions to ensure alignment of local Architecture roadmaps with Group strategies.
- Excellent domain knowledge and expertise across corporate systems, processes and architecture and strategy development.
- Ability to translate the requirements across the three pillars of process, people and technology and support the Target Operating Model as Finance foresees it.
- Experience in creating roadmaps and working with key stakeholder to identify the initiatives required to progressively achieve target state.
- Minimum 5 years in corporate architecture position. Preferably banking or financial services.
- Familiarity with ArchiMate and Architectural certification is desirable.
