DFP Recruitment is urgently hiring an Enterprise Architect for a large Federal Government agency which specialises in work health & safety and workers' compensation playing a vital role in improving workforce participation and productivity.
As an Enterprise Architect, you will be primarily responsible for developing a variety of EA artefacts in including, but not limited to: Strategies, Principles, Standards, Visions, Business Capability Models, Patterns, Technical Reference Models, Landscape Diagrams, Value Chains, Current States, Target States, IT Roadmaps.
As a Senior member of the team, you will exercise your strengths in consulting, customer engagement, and technology to help our client, as they tackle digital business transformation.
You will design, develop, and architect solutions on the CRM platform for engagements ranging from enterprise-wide transformative digital strategies to tightly focused proofs-of-concept on emerging technologies.
Key Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Design and enhance application architecture, shaping architectural vision and roadmap.
- Lead the implementation of a CRM solution for Claims Management System as a technical lead.
- Guide the integration of CRM with other systems and custom extensions to Salesforce.
- Apply architectural principles to address complex business problems at the project level.
- Undertake capability gap analysis and recommend transition initiatives, including process reengineering.
- Participate in and manage Architecture Working Groups for EA development and maintenance.
- Demonstrated experience in the development of Enterprise Architecture in government, and clear experience in all layers of architecture including business, information, application, security and infrastructure architecture.
- Qualifications in Enterprise Architecture Frameworks such as TOGAF, Zachman, DODAF, etc.
- Previous experience of enterprise grade CRM implementations
- Demonstrated experience with Mulesoft product Suite.
- Demonstrated ability to influence, adapt, engage and develop partnerships at all organisational levels and with various stakeholders.
- Experience in communicating complex technical information effectively and appropriately to Senior Executives and Business Stakeholders.
- SQL, PL/SQL , Java, C++ will be considered an advantage.
- Knowledge or certifications of Salesforce Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, Platform developer 1, LWCs, Integrations , etc.
- Knowledge on XML, SOAP and REST APIs.
- Experience in working in SCRUM Team.
- Good understanding of Agile Methodologies.
