About the role
We are looking for a Team Leader (AS7) to join our Enterprise Performance team. In this role you will be responsible for leading a team 5, working on process improvement, managing performance, and ensuring high quality output to strict deadlines.
Your ability to work in a fast-paced environment and coordinate a team in a timely manner coupled with your strong negotiating and influencing skills will be paramount to your success in this role. You will also have outstanding communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
As a Enterprise Performance Team Leader, you can anticipate some of your daily activities to include:
- Leading the timely delivery of Enterprise KPIs and reports,
- Fostering strong relationships with all levels of stakeholders,
- Collaborating with Functional and Corporate teams to ensure the provision of consistent, aligned, and high-quality data, analysis and insights, and
- Managing the scheduling of daily work and reporting.
REMUNERATION: This is a fixed-term, fulltime position (ending 18/10/2024), based in Brisbane CBD with a starting base salary of $139,943 (pro-rata) plus 12.75% superannuation and hybrid work options to support the balance between work and personal commitments.

- Previous experience as a commercial analyst or similar role.
- Is a high performer with a financial or analytical background.
- Ability to liaise with senior stakeholders.
- Excellent organisational and people skills.
- Possesses solid Excel technical skills and the ability to present complex data.
- Critical thinker with a continuous improvement mindset.
