We’re on the lookout for a motivated, career minded individual who is looking to start their Administration Career and ready to embark on a dynamic role as an Administration Assistant.
This is a full-time role supporting our Commercial and Trading team, based in Salisbury South.
The role will involve:
- Data entry
- Responding to client queries via email
- Checking and confirming details in contracts and associated documentation
- General office functions, including sorting, filing and scanning documents.

What you will bring to the team
Although not essential, previous experience in a similar administration role would be advantageous. This is an Entry Level role, with training and mentoring provided.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following attributes:
- A strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and Teams would be an advantage.
- Organised and self-driven to succeed.
