Your Role
- Lead Generating
- Learn Local area knowledge & experience
- Compiling property data such as surveys and summary reports
- Reporting and analysis
- Top performing office/team of the area
- Joining the directors personal team
- Handling phone/email enquiry and directing to the appropriate person
- Preparing market reports, listing presentations and marketing proposals
- Coordinate social media content and administration across social platforms
- General administration duties including filling, scanning and database management
- Schedule and organise meetings and organise catering as required
- Prepare exchange and offer documentation and send to solicitors
- Ensure listing checklists are completed and listings are compliant
- Coordinate agent marketing campaigns across digital, social, and print platforms
- Draft presentations, proposals, and letters
- Draft, review, sort and send emails on behalf of agents
- Assist with agent and office diary management
- Liaise with solicitors, vendors, and buyers
Essential Requirements For This Role
